By accessing or using our free-to-play games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree and/or you are under the age of 13, do not use our Games, Websites and related Services.

1. About Our Free-to-Play Games

Our free-to-play games run on blockchain testnets. They do not require a wallet connection, account creation, or any payment. A temporary “burner” account is automatically created on your device for gameplay purposes. Testnet tokens used in these games have no real monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our games and services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our games complies with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You may not use our games if you are a resident of, or accessing the services from, any jurisdiction where use would be unlawful.

3. Game Mechanics

Our games operate on blockchain-based smart contracts deployed on testnets.
Gameplay actions are recorded on the testnet and may be publicly visible.
Testnet transactions and tokens have no real-world monetary value.
Game state may be reset or modified as part of ongoing development and testing.

4. Data Collection

5. No Warranties

Our games are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.
These are test environments and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo changes without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate, or interfere with the game or its smart contracts.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our games in ways not intended by the developers.
Use our games for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property (CC0)

Loot Survivor and its creative works are released under the Creative Commons CC0 Public Domain Dedication.
You are free to copy, modify, distribute, and use the content, even for commercial purposes, without asking permission.
This does not apply to third-party content, libraries, or trademarks referenced in connection with our games.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Provable Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our games.
Since our free-to-play games use testnet tokens with no monetary value, no financial loss claims may arise from gameplay.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version.
Continued use of our games after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
