Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Provable Games (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our free-to-play games, including Loot Survivor Trials and other services we operate. “Provable Games” refers to Provable Labs Ltd. (British Virgin Islands), which operates the games, and Provable Games, Inc. (a Delaware corporation), which operates our analytics and is the controller of the analytics data described below. All our Games, Websites and related Services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. By using our Games, Websites and related Services you agree to abide by and be bound by this Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with its terms. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy and/or you are under the age of 13, do not use our Games, Websites and related Services.
1. Who We Are
Provable Games is a game studio. The games are operated by Provable Labs Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands; we build on-chain games on Starknet. The analytics for those games (see §2 and §4) are operated by Provable Games, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the controller of that analytics data and the point of contact for analytics-related privacy requests. Our free-to-play games run on blockchain testnets and do not require wallet connections or payments.
2. Information We Collect and Why
2.1 Analytics Data
We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how players interact with our games. This helps us improve the experience. These analytics are operated by Provable Games, Inc. (US), which is the controller of the data in this section. The following data may be collected:
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Clicks, interactions, and gameplay events
- Device type, browser type, screen resolution, and operating system
- Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)
- Referral source (how you found the game)
2.2 Technical Data
When you access our games, certain technical data is collected automatically to ensure the game functions correctly:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and screen resolution
- Language preferences
2.3 Local Storage Data
We use your browser's local storage to save game-related preferences and state. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Examples include:
- Game settings (sound volume, animation preferences)
- Consent notice acceptance
- Temporary game session data (burner account for testnet play)
- UI preferences (mobile/desktop mode)
2.4 Blockchain Data
Our free-to-play games use blockchain testnets. A temporary “burner” account is created automatically on your device to interact with the game. This account has no real monetary value and is not linked to any personal wallet or identity. Gameplay transactions are recorded on the public testnet.
3. What We Do Not Collect
Our free-to-play games do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or other personal contact information
- Payment or financial information
- Personal wallet addresses or private keys
- Chat messages (there is no chat feature)
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data as described in their own privacy policies. PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Railway are operated by Provable Games, Inc. (US); the games themselves are operated by Provable Labs Ltd. (BVI).
- PostHog — Product analytics. Privacy Policy
- Vercel Analytics — Web analytics. Privacy Policy
- Railway — Indexing and storage of on-chain game state. Privacy Policy
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our games primarily use browser local storage rather than cookies. Our analytics providers (PostHog, Vercel) may set cookies to track pseudonymized usage data. These are used to:
- Understand how the game is used and improve the experience
- Count unique visitors and sessions
- Identify popular features and detect issues
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies, and you can decline or withdraw your choice at any time; we also honor Global Privacy Control signals. You can additionally control cookies through your browser preferences. Note that disabling cookies or local storage may affect game functionality.
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained according to the policies of our analytics providers (typically up to 12 months). Local storage data persists on your device until you clear your browser data. Testnet blockchain data is public and persistent by nature.
7. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Our Games, Websites and related Services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If you are under the age of 13, per the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), do not use our games or services.
Provable Games does not knowingly collect or knowingly request personal information from users under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not send any information to us. Since our free-to-play games do not require account creation or the entry of personal details such as your name or email, we do not intentionally collect directly identifying information. Limited technical and analytics data (such as IP address) is processed as described in Section 2.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent to analytics and opt out of analytics tracking
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office)
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics data may be processed in the United States by Provable Games, Inc. and in other countries where our providers operate. You can clear all local data by clearing your browser's local storage for the game site. To exercise any of these rights or if you have questions, contact us at the address below.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the data collected through our games. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
